Here is a warm up I made simply using a Powerpoint presentation. All you need to do is have a computer hooked up to a projector! Also, works great for at home workouts. Students will follow along. The presentation is set up to repeat, so be sure to have the presentation stop at a certain point. The format is in a tabata work out set up. So, the students will be working for 20 seconds and taking 10 seconds off.
